An interesting thing is that Doc. Turner said was that by random stops at check points, police say that on Friday and Saturday nights, 1 out of every 3 drivers on the road in Franklin County is leagly dunk. That is after 9pm. My accident happend at around 7:40 on a Sat.

The American government’s tried prohibition before and it made things worse. But yes, I agree that alcoholism is a big problem in America and in this area particularly I think.
