We’re trying to figure out if we can show the video of the wedding at the reception on the 11th and what equipment we’ll need. So…
1) Will that be enough time for you to edit the footage for a video?
2) If it is, will it be on VHS, DVD, or CD?

And just in case, if we can’t get the camera from church, is there a place you know of where we can rent a decent one?

Thanks.

    1) Sure. *nervous chuckle*
    2) It can be on VHS, DVD, or CD. Whatever you prefer.

And I’m not sure about camera renting. I’m pretty sure Encore would not do that. I have a hi-8 camera, but not sure if that’s what you want it filmed with.

Well, having the video ready is an ideal situation. I know for sure that the entire ceremony won’t last any longer than 40 minutes. Any other filming would be for kicks and giggles.

I personally would want the video on DVD (and maybe a few extras?). The place where we’re having the reception on the 11th only has a VCR, so we would need a VHS then (and it doesn’t have to be perfect for the reception — just something to give people an opportunity to see it).

Any camera is better than no camera. I’ll still try to get church’s for you.

Also, we’re planning to meet our photographer at 9:30 AM on Tuesday for a look at the area and having our rehearsal at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. I would think that the Tuesday meeting would be good for you to be in on, but not mandatory. I’m sure that you will want to be at the rehearsal, though.
