my only purpose was to see if the people that I consider to be some of the smartest Christians I know would actually have some understandings of politics. That was all.
As I told Frogie…I don’t actually have that much of an understanding of politics…it just saddens me when I see Christians say they support a candidate for reasons like “He’s a Christian” or “He’s against abortion” because politics and life are NEVER as simple as that. George W. Bush is DEFINITELY not as simple as that.
As for the whole “discussing the war” thing…if you look at my first question I just asked about George W. Bush and our Government…and there’s a whole lot more to it than the war in Iraq.
Jake…I’m pretty sure your post was joking…but if it wasn’t then I’m sorry I pissed you off…I didn’t mean to come across as condescending and I never realized you had such issues with me. My bad.
