i’ve had some oddly flavored matzo in my day…but, i think i like the plain-jane un-salted the best.
the onion and garlic on the everything matzos can be smelled nearby, but they did not overdo it with the flavor — they are pretty mild. even two colleagues of mine agreed and liked them a lot. i like the plain-jane ones too, but i do wish i could find them with salt. also buffalo matzos. i like just about everything that is buffalo flavored. as in the hot wing sauce. in fact, pizza hut’s limited edition buffalo chicken pizza was my favorite from them. but i digress.
