I'm a little concerned that they had so many refurbs that I got mine for $30. They must have enough of the bugs worked out, though. It is a very powerful phone. The only shortcomings in my mind are that access to the memory isn't instantaneous (oh, well) and the buttons are small (but it's about the size of my closed Razr). My Pearl has been good to me.
