made reservations

4 canoes and 1 kayak. $40 per person. (canoes) The kayak costs $50.

and I have us down for a 22 mile float…which is only supposed to take 6-8 hours. So, should be VERY leisurely. We can always change that when we get there.

this is the website of the place: http://www.current-river.com/

so, where are we gathering in the washington area? spending the night somewhere the night before?

here is my recommendation on food. We buy community food (dogs, brats, condiments, water, buns) then you’re responsible for bringing whatever else you want to eat or drink. The community food split 9 ways should be very reasonable.

I can bring a pretty big cooler.

Also, you should bring a shirt like last year…i’ll work on the stencil.

Ok! As usual, people can probably crash at my place if they want. I mean, it’s always been ok before. But, if you all wanna go somewhere else that is fine with me. So is it gonna be two days or one? Also…there is a water applet on the website, it’s dumb.

If we need to add canoes at the site can we do that?
I have two friends that I really want to go but haven’t found out if they can yet. If we can’t easily add a canoe then I will just tell them they can’t go.
They’re awesome guys though and I think you all would like them.

um. it might be possible. when they find out, we can just call and check if there’s a canoe.

I’m not going to bother to invite them after all. Too much hassle this late in the game.

    Ryan…if it’s Adam, invite him. If it’s not…well then I don’t have an opinion.
    :)

We can always make little adjustments at the site. It’s not like they’re going to turn us away and refuse to take our money and even if they do, we’ll just go to Walmart and buy a billion arm floaties and build a raft.

You guys can invite whoever you want until we leave. When they say they can come, we’ll just call the place and try to make the adjustment… no big deal.

    JELLO!

We can’t forget to attempt to check out the Pulltite spring. It’s that thing we illegally (accidentally) swam in and froze our testicles off in.

It should be not too far after the Pulltite campground so somewhere around where we usually camp.

    definitely

It’s actually Casey Niener. I think it’d do him good to hang out with alot of Christian guys for a little while. However I don’t think he can make it.
