My friend Christ Westrick, the man that has hosted The Vifl for the past year or so, is canceling his hosting service to save some money.
So, that means we need to find a new hosting home for the Vifl. Can anyone put us up? I’d like to start transferring all the stuff over asap so that Chris doesn’t have to worry about it anymore. Anyone? Anyone?
I can put it on the old dtd hosting. I, however, don’t know how to transfer a wordpress while preserving it all.

let’s both look at that, although you might understand all the server talk a bit more than i do.
it seems like it should be really simple since the domain will be the same… so, i (or you) need to download the wordpress files (including database) from his server. (I’ll need the ftp login info if I’m to do it)
We’ll also need to login to where the domain vifl.net is registered… so, if i’m going to do that, i’ll need the login info for that (godaddy?)
also, is your friend’s name really “Christ”?
The VIFL can stay at my house for a while. It will have to pay it’s share of the grocery bill, but it’s welcome.
