A group of men, friends, and comrades sharing thoughts, concerns and bad jokes. This site started in 2002(?) I believe, and has definitely had its ups and downs as far as consistent activity goes. And we all always end up coming back. It’s more than a site though. It’s a bond, a common ground that we all can find, even though most of us are separated by hundreds (maybe even thousands) of miles.
The name stands for Virginia Is For Lovers, although none of us live in Virginia, and to my knowledge never have.
Really, this site is just like a John Cougar Mellencamp song.
